Apparently someone who reads Oppo is also a customer of The BMW Store and voiced their concern with them. So today I received two phone messages from two of kind shysters at the dealership.

The first one was from my service advisor calling to tell me that a customer had read my negative review of them He apologized for any confusion of the work performed and that the $139 was just for the diagnosis of the tpm sensors. He wants me to call back, I think...

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

The second call was from somebody else at the stealership who was wondering about my experience with them or something, she also wants me to call back...

Here’s the kicker, not once in those messages did they offer to give me my floor mat hook back.

Didn’t have a stellar experience with a local Toyota dealership quite recently, but apparently the only people who get a good experience are Lexus and Porsche owners, so *shrugs*
